London in 4 days – Day 2

As you could see on my previous post, Day 1 in London is quite jam-packed and that will be the trend during the 4 days of this itinerary.

So here we go!

Day 2

09:00 You will probably still be a little tired and/or jet-lagged, so start your day a little later and head to South Kensington tube station which is a short walk to the awesome Natural History Museum. Take a lot of pictures of the beautiful exterior of the building, but save space on your camera to what you will find inside!

10:00 The Natural History Museum opens and you will probably have been standing in line for a while, but it’s ok because it’s FREE!!! The interior of the building is amazing, as well as the exhibits. My daughter had so much fun and this is on her “must see again” list for our next time in London.

14:00 Late lunch time! We were pleasantly surprised with The Restaurant and Scoffasaurus inside the Natural History Museum, so we highly recommend it for lunch after a fun filled day exploring the museum.

15:30 Head to Westminster tube station and as soon as you are on street level, walk towards the Thames to take it all in:

It doesn't get any more touristy than that! But it's fun!

And that is about it for day 2! You will be so tired that all you will want to do is relax at the hotel – trust me!

Check back for the next 2 days, which will also be jam-packed!
